Dahiana Rafailovitc

Founder & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Dahiana Rafailovitc, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of NovaLuna Mental Health. She earned her degree from the University of South Alabama and holds her national board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. A South Florida resident for over 20 years, she brings more than a decade of diverse nursing experience to the West Palm Beach community. Her professional history is defined by extensive clinical work at St. Mary’s Medical Center, NeuroBehavioral Hospitals, and The Brain Spa, where she specialized in high acuity psychiatric care and emergency risk assessment.

This background in both acute hospital settings and specialized private practice allows Dahiana to manage complex cases with a high level of clinical precision. Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. She also maintains a specific focus on the management of schizophrenia and substance use disorders, utilizing evidence-based protocols to ensure patient safety and effective outcomes.

 

A native of Manizales Colombia, Dahiana provides authentic bilingual care in English and Spanish. She is committed to creating a professional and respectful environment where clinical expertise leads to the restoration of long-term stability and well-being for every adult she serves.

Judith Devallon

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Judith Devallon, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. As a South Florida native with over a decade of diverse healthcare experience, she brings a deep understanding of holistic patient care to her community. Her clinical experience includes multiple high-acuity settings, including acute psychiatric care, emergency mental health intake, outpatient mental health care, correctional nursing, and substance abuse recovery.

Her diverse background in both acute hospital and specialized care settings allows Judith to navigate complex psychiatric challenges with both an empathetic approach and clinical rigor. She evaluates and treats a wide array of conditions, with a focus on ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, trauma, and OCD. To ensure optimal patient outcomes, she designs individualized treatment plans that thoughtfully integrate psychopharmacology with psychoeducation and lifestyle interventions.

Judith is fluent in both English and Haitian Creole. She is dedicated to bridging cultural gaps and providing an accessible, attentive approach. Her goal is to form strong partnerships with her clients and to provide the active support and insight they need to build a fulfilling life.

Clayton Vogele

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Clayton Vogele, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a professional member of the American Counseling Association (ACA). He earned his Master of Science (MS) in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of South Florida. With a clinical foundation rooted in these established academic institutions, Clayton provides a structured and goal-oriented environment for therapeutic progress within the South Florida community.

His practice is built on evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). By utilizing these specialized frameworks, Clayton supports individuals through trauma recovery and emotional regulation with a focus on clinical integrity and sustainable outcomes. He prioritizes a professional partnership rooted in mutual respect, offering a dedicated space where clients can develop deep insight and achieve lasting stability in their well-being.
